FAQ'sWhy am I having trouble adding my listing? First of all, make sure that you are a registered member. Second, be sure to fill in all areas of the submission form for the listing you want to add. For example, you should put the year, make and model into separate input fields, do not skip them and do not put all of these items into one field. Third, if you do not have a photo of your listing to upload, make sure that you are checking the corresponding box which says "No image to upload". If you are adding a photo, be sure that this box is not checked. If you still have problems or get any error messages, please contact us right away. How many listings can I have at one time and how long they will active? You can place as many listings as you like, however please do not add several listings for only one item. Your listings will be active for more than a year If I make a listing, can I change it later? Yes. By logging in, you can access all of your listings, and make any changes you like to them ( except for changing the original photo, if you included one ). You will also be able to see how many other users have viewed your listing. If you sell your item, you can even edit the listing so that other users know it is no longer available ( which we recommend ). What if I don't have a picture to add to my listing? Make sure that you Tick the box marked "No image to upload" if you are not adding a picture. We will add a default image for your listing. While uploading images we recommend you to use picture size below 5242880 bytes (gif,gpeg) What if I lose my password? No problem. We can send it to you through email. What kind of listings can I make? Any listing is allowed that falls under any of our major categories, i.e., used commercial trucks, trailers, etc. Fleets are also allowed. Users may not have multiple listings of the same item at the same time, however, users may have more than one item listed at the same time if each listing is for a different vehicle. "Fleet Sales" listings may be for more than one vehicle of the same type. Why do I need to register with UsedTruckListings.com? There are several reasons. First, if you want to place listings on our site, it helps you control your listings so that when you log in, all of your items appear together, making them easy to view, and edit if needed. Second, it helps us to control any users that may use this site for reasons other than it is intended. This helps us to ban unwanted users. What are the membership benefits ? Benefits of using our site. * Free registration. Registering with us allows you to add your vehicles and/or trailers you wish to sell, or contact sellers that have vehicles you are interested in. * When you log in as a registered member, you can edit all of your listings easily, see how many times other users have viewed your listing, and even change your vehicles status to "Sold". * All of your information is confidential; we don't sell email addresses, names, or any other information to anyone...for any reason. * Potential buyers can contact you about your listings without seeing or knowing your email address, however their email address is included in any messages they may send to you; the option to respond to them is up to you while still ensuring your privacy. * The newest listings are added immediately to our main page, keeping other users up to date on the newest additions; this means that your listing hits the front page the moment you submit it.
